The design takes into account both the environmental needs and the diverse user needs. It is intended to discuss the potential relationship between an innovation campus and the city. Based on the specific conditions of the site and the research on the development of innovation parks, this project proposes a design strategy of growing “symbiotically” with its surrounding neighborhood and the greater city.

Site
Strategy
ike traditional innovation parks, the “SYN-PARK” provides workers with complete supporting facilities, but unlike them, the space here also benefits the everyday life of the city. In order to realize this concept, the design opens all of the ground floor on the premise of retaining the original building structure.
